Long before Greyline, there were years spent on the road, inside retail stores, and building relationships throughout the medical apparel industry. More than a decade of those experiences, along with the trust of independent retailers, helped inspire Greyline. The Founders
Founded by Erik Wright and Jon Flom. Erik brings more than 15 years of experience in the medical apparel industry, beginning his career in a retail scrub store before transitioning into a sales representative role and working with some of the industry’s most recognized scrub brands. Co-Founder Jon Flom adds more than 30 years of experience in the apparel industry, specializing in cold-weather gear and product development for major national retailers. He currently serves as President and CEO of Becker Brands, where he has led global sourcing and manufacturing initiatives for decades.

While developing the Greyline logo, Co-Founder Erik Wright lost his 10 year old Great Pyrenees, Oliver. Known for their instinct to protect and guard others, the breed’s loyal and calm presence felt deeply connected to the role healthcare professionals play every day. That connection inspired Oliver’s image to become the Greyline logo, a symbol of guardianship, protection, and standing watch over those in your care.

The Oliver Initiative
The Oliver Initiative reflects the guardian spirit at the heart of Greyline. Inspired by the quiet strength, loyalty, and selflessness of the Great Pyrenees, this honors our belief in protecting those who cannot protect themselves. Rooted in our ethos of guardianship, we extend that spirit beyond hospital walls — standing in support of rescue organizations devoted to rehabilitating and restoring abused and neglected animals. Through awareness, advocacy, and intentional partnership, we recognize and uplift the selfless work of those who safeguard the most vulnerable. With every Greyline scrub, that spirit of guardianship continues.
